Keith Minnis serves as Board President of The Transition House in Norman, Oklahoma, driven by both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to the community he has served for over 20 years.

 Having spent the first 12 years of his career in behavioral medicine - across psychiatric care, chemical dependency treatment, and practice management - Keith has seen firsthand the life-changing impact of safe, structured transitional housing. He understands that recovery does not end at discharge; it requires stability, accountability, and community support.

 As Board President, Keith is committed to expanding The Transition House’s reach, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring sustainable funding so that individuals and families facing mental health and substance use challenges have access to the resources they need to rebuild their lives. He believes that when we invest in recovery, we strengthen families, workplaces, and the broader Norman community.
